I see each of my clients as unique individuals and sit down with them to understand their individualistic needs. I collaborate with my clients on a weekly basis providing research-based strategies and collecting feedback to shape our sessions along the way. I work to have my clients walk away from therapy feeling confident in their identity, stronger in their ability to handle stress, and hopeful for their future.

How Therapy Works
Step 1: Reach out to me today through phone call or email. I'll answer any questions you have and ensure that we are a good fit. Step 2: During our first meeting I will work with you to identify your expectations and hopes for our sessions. Together we will create a detailed goal that will guide future steps and serve as a progress marker to check in with throughout out time together. In our weekly or bi-weekly meetings I will challenge problematic patterns in both thinking and behavior while collaborating with you in creating new perspectives and strategies that fit your specific needs. I will check in with you regularly regarding your experience of progress, continuing to shape our sessions based on this feedback. In this way sessions are tailored specifically to your needs, including changes along the way. Step 3: As goals are achieved we will start to end our time together. At this phase I will work with you to leave you feeling confident about your abilities to self soothe throughout times of stress, listen to your needs and emotions, and promote healthy thoughts regarding your strengths and resources. We will strive to put an end to 'not good enough' and restore peace in your life.
